buds will ship with NO Magazine (they do not replace the mags you would have to buy your own) if that is the only reason that a gun is non- compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order . Sandro, Buds will remove non State compliant magazines only. You would need to acquire State compliant magazines separately. Make sure you can source compliant magazines before purchase as there are a few firearms where this can be problematic such as some of the import handguns. Cheers and stay safe!

In this case, like a few other States Bud's will not ship any magazine out to you over your state maximum capacity for a magazine. As mentioned just make sure you can get replacement magazines for your state's maximum capacity allowed before purchasing.

Sandro, buds will ship it to Illinois if magazine capacity is the only restriction. Unfortunately they will remove the magazines but won't replace them. So you would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately. You could try purchasing the firearm and contacting the manufacturer. Depends who made it but I've heard of some manufacturers being nice and Shipping free state compliant magazines free if you call and tell them what happened. It's not guaranteed but worth a shot.
