Pistol or rifle? It will need to be 1x magnification.
Michael, sounds like astigmatism in the right eye Sir. The Primary Arms Scopes and Red dots have an etched reticle and will be clear with either one or both eyes open. Been there and done that and they work. Just chose the type and magnification you want : https://www.primaryarms.com/rifle-scopes/with-acss -------- Cheers and stay safe!
Michael, your best option is going to be a red dot since anything with magnification will be difficult to keep both eyes open. Here's a link to a Bushnell trs25 red dot that will work great.................. https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/85124/bushnell+ar731306+trs-25+1x+25mm+obj+unlimited+eye+relief+3 ................... And I also agree on the sig Romeo 5, link here if interested.................... https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/6997/sig+sauer+electro-optics+sor52001+romeo5+1x+20mm+obj+unlimited+eye+relief+2+moa ................ If you want magnification i wouldn't get anything with high magnification. I'd stick to a lpvo scope/low power variable optic with 1-4 magnification. If interested in a lpvo scope here's a link to one that should work............... https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/5019/trutg8514bt+tact+ar+sc+1-4x24 ................. Hope this helps.
The guys below have you covered with suggestions. Myself though, I don't think I'd be able to use my rifle scopes with both eyes open. Pistol, different story, both eyes, all the time.
Michael, if you are shooting a rifle, I would suggest the Sig Romeo5. I shoot with both eyes open on both rifle and shotgun (slugs) with this red dot, and it won't break the bank. budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/6997/sig+sauer+electro-optics+sor52001+romeo5+1x+20mm+obj+unlimited+eye+relief+2+moa
