Anthony, unfortunately this is not CT compliant. Rifles in NJ are allowed 1 'evil' feature, which is the pistol grip. CT does not allow any of the 'evil' features, so the pistol grip disqualifies this gun in CT. Unfortunately it is a big No, you'd need the fin grip for it to be ok in CT.
