Mine calls me when he is ready for me to pick up. Buds includes your phone number. I also always let my ffl know a gun is coming for me in advance.
Kareem, depends on the FFL dealer. Buds adds your phone number to the package so they can call but they're not required to contact you. My FFL always calls me within an hour or two of it being delivered. If you know it's delivered you can contact them or just stop by and pick it up whenever but I usually give them 24 hours to call me before I call them. Also since it's Presidents day they may be closed. Hope this helps.
Hi Kareem, yes Sir they do. It depends on how busy they are as they have to record incoming firearms into their inventory. I check tracking and call myself anyways. Cheers and stay safe!
Some gun shops are a little lackadaisical about getting those calls out to customers with inbound transfers. I would just give them friendly call and ask them to double check that it's there then go in, do your Nics check and enjoy your new Pew-Pew!!!
Kareem, some FFL's will call, some won't. If it's been more than 24 hrs, I would give them a call and ask when you can come in for the transfer. Have a great day!
