The unsubscribe link in the emails is broken, customer service has not responded to repeated emails about it, and there is no place in the My Account area to change my email address for marketing, or remove myself from the list. My only other alternative is to block ALL emails form buds. How do I unsubscribe without being forced to do that?

When they send you an email there should be a link at the bottom of the ad. Click Unsubscribe.

At the top of this page click on Order Status/Account, on the next page you'll see a section called E-Mail Notifications. You can make chages there.

This happened between 06-07MAY. An email sent Saturday is correct, all emails Sunday and after are broken.

Most marketing emails have a link you can click on at the bottom on the email in small print        "Unsubscribe to mailing list" just click on it and follow the directions.
