Eric, most likely yes but can't give a definite answer because it varies from state to state and also depends on the FFL dealer. I don't live in a state that requires a background check for ammo but I've had dealers charge me multiple transfer fees for more than one firearm and I've had ones only charge me once for multiple firearms.
