Joel, Normally it's the same 3-4 people who answer questions. We're customers as yourself but can normally answer most questions unless it's account related then we refer you to buds customer service. Buds set up ask the community to help customers receive answers faster and gives away points for the answer chosen as best to be entered into drawings. you can contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen.
