Nick, this is the information I got off Cobalt kinetics website as to why it's less expensive..... Save huge on these end of run Cobalt Kinetics rifles/ pistols! All sales on these closeout firearms are final and no warranty will be extended on these models. So sounds like the garage sale items are firearms being discontinued so they're selling off the remaining ones at a pretty good discount. Literally getting roughly half off because the manufacturers discontinuing them. As for a parts list I'm finding little to no information. Your best option is to contact Cobalt kinetics at 435-656-0599 or you can email them at ( sales@cobaltkinetics.com ) with the model number ( PROGS16BLK01 ) and upc number ( 655469503595 ) and they'll be able to give a parts list. Sorry can't give a more detailed answer but hope this helps some and you're very welcome.

Hi Nick, this is an "End of run" event or basically a discontinuation of Cobalt Kinetics rifle. You can pick one up at a great price but be cognizant of the warranty and parts availability limitations. Cheers and stay safe!
