Walter, it includes 5 magazines and it is optics ready. The gear up package includes the Springfield Hellcat 9mm Micro Compact Pistol,
(1) 11-Round Magazine,
(2) 13-Round Extended Magazines,
(2) 15-Round Extended Magazines,
Springfield Armory Dual Pistol Bag,
Cable Lock,
and Owner's Manual. Hope this helps.

Hi Walter, the Gear UP Package includes 5 total magazines, (1) 11rd (1) 13rd, and as a bonus (3) 15rd magazines and a range bag. It is cut for optics and there is one magazine in the pistol and the other 4 are shown. Cheers and stay safe!
