Terry, if you mean the LCP Max, yes it comes with 2 double stack 10rd magazines. If you mean the Security .380, that also uses double stack magazines. The LC .380 uses a single stack magazine. Have a great day!

Terry, Ruger has a couple 380's. If you mean the new Ruger security 380 and Ruger lcp max yes they're all double stack. The Ruger lcp is a single stack design. Hope this helps.

THE NEW RUGER IS NOT A TRADITIONAL DOUBLE STACK WHERE CARTRIDGES ARE SIDE BY SIDE. CARTRIDGES ARE IN A TEN AND TWO O'CLOCK POSITION IN ORDER TO KEEP THE GRIP PROFILE THINNER AND EXPAND CAPICITY. HOPE THIS HELPS
