Alvin, they should work no problem. I'd definitely recommend running atleast a magazines worth threw the firearm especially if you plan on using it for self defense. The Taurus G2C is a reliable Pistol and will function reliably with most 40S&W but pistols can vary quite a bit with what ammo shoots well in them even if it's the same make/model. So the DPX CORBON Hollow Points could run flawlessly in my g2c but not in yours and vice versa. Again I don't foresee you having any issues but with defense pistols/ammo it's better to be safe than sorry and run a few rounds threw it to be sure. Hope this helps.
