Kevin, the M&P shield plus 30 super carry uses the Shield RMS optic footprint. Some optics that will fit directly without any adapter is the Sig Romeo Zero, Romeo Zero Elite, Shield RMSc, Swampfox Sentinel and more. Hope this helps.
Hi Kevin, this pistol uses the Shield RMS mounting footprint. Direct fit optics are Crimson Trace, Trijicon, Leupold Delta Point Pro, J-Point, Doctor C-More, Insight Nikon, Swampfox Sentinel and Holosun. Cheers and stay safe!
