Yes, I know what a 3 dot is , but what I mean is how come it's the same exact gun and has 3 dot sites? And wondering if I can black it out like the original one I have that has only a front dot only, would it be the same as the others with only the front dot, ……does that make any sense?

yes you can black out the dots with a paint or even a filler and paint. It would be the same

Charles, the tp9 elite sc im finding in Damascus tungsten comes with a yellow dot front sight and blacked out goal post rear sight like you have but I know canik makes that model with different style sights. Yes you could black out the rear sight with paint to make it like the one you already own.
