Michael, yes Bud's is a participating dealer, but you would have to purchase in store. On line sales are completed at your FFL and would not apply. Member takes the GSSF Pistol Purchase Coupon to the dealer along with any other required documents. Dealer will keep the card and attach it to the 4473 and/or other pertinent records.

Yes, Bud's does participate in the Glock program. As mentioned below, only in store purchases though.
