Josh T. Is absolutely correct!! I forgot the G47 is strictly a MOS slide!! So yes, you'll need MOS dedicated sights. Tru-glo does offer those as well. I'm currently looking to add them to my 43x Mos.
Good luck!!
Cecil, I'd recommend a good pair of night sights from Trijicon. Here's a link to a set that will fit your Glock 47 if interested.................. https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/714020449/trijicon+hd+xr+for+glk+mos+9+40+org ...................... if you want a good but cheaper option truglo makes great night sights. Link here for truglo night sights that will also fit here................ https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/25456/truglo+tritium+pro+night+sights+for+glock+mos+17+19+34+41+steel+green+tritium ..................... Hope this helps.
I have dim street lighting so my choice is "Happy Valley" 9mm tracers 147 grn alternated with 115 fmj.
I personally use the Tru-Glo TFO sights on my Glock 19. They pop in the day are are very bright in low light or dark conditions. https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/16753/truglo+tg-131gt2+tfo+square+high+set+tritium+fiber+optic+green+front+u-notch+green+rear+with+nitride+fortress+finish+frame+for+g
Cecil, since the Glock 47 uses glocks mos/modular optics system, standard Glock sights like the ones Jason recommended either won't fit or will hang over the rear of the slide. You would have to get ones made specifically for MOS models like I recommended. Any of glocks mos night sights will fit. Hope this helps.
