Jomel, this is a older used Italian Police pistol. You would be able to change the "Rear" Sight as the front sight is built in to the slide. https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/images/hiRes/411555636_3.jpg

can easily change rear sight the front is part of the slide and would take a lot of machine work by a GOOOOOD gun smith
