Taide, sometimes it can take 24-48 hours to receive the email. I'd recommend checking your orders by logging in and clicking on menu, then order status/account, lastly my order history. If it shows up in recent orders then the order went through and you have nothing to worry about. You can also contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 8pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to assist you. We're just customers as yourself not buds employees, so we can only point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.

Hi Tiade, depending on the current order volume and taking into account the weekend processing, please allow up to 48 hours for email confirmation. You can also click on Order Status / Account - My Order History - find your order and click View Order for order details. Also check your payment method to verify the payment was properly charged.
