why can't i get thru on phone lines. choose option 3 and it just keeps replaying menu options. Tried chat option but they said that to activate gift cards you had to speak with customer service.

Hi Gary, it is a catch 22 when you can't reach Customer Service nor Chat. Sorry about that. You just need to keep trying in any event at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
