Jonah, you sure can. The Tisas 1911 Stingray Carry uses Novak style sights, so both front and back are attached using a dovetail cut and can easily be removed/replaced using a sight pusher. So you shouldn't have any problem replacing them. Hope this helps and you're very welcome. I find the best way to see if a rear or front site on a gun is easy to change out, is to go online and look for videos to see how easy or hard it may be. Just watch the video and you can see for yourself if it is easy to do or not. I go online to watch videos for a lot of things that I want to change on my guns. Most of the times it is a lot easier to change out things than you think. Hope this helps out.
