Section 1. Amend Chapter 5, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by making insertions as shown by underlining and deletions as shown by strike through as follows: In section F: state law prohibits firearms with a threaded barrel.
Wayne, unfortunately it is not DE compliant, and yes it's because of the threaded barrel. Prohibited in DE - A semi-auto pistol with a threaded barrel capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward pistol grip or silencer. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/delaware_restrictions.pdf
Hi Wayne, unfortunately the Threaded Barrel is precisely the reason it is not Delaware compliant. Exempted are authorized law enforcement and armed forces personnel only. Details under Handguns listed here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/delaware_restrictions.pdf ------------------------ Cheers and stay safe!
Wayne, as others have stated due to the threaded barrel it's not legal/compliant in Delaware. Sorry but hope this helps. If interested here's a link to Delaware's restrictions................... https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/delaware_restrictions.pdf
