Andrew, yes the citadel trakr is perfectly legal in Delaware. Rimfire rifles with a detachable magazine can't hold more than 17 rounds. If it has a tube fed magazine it can hold more then 17 rounds but don't believe I've ever seen a tube mag go over 15 rounds. That's the only restrictions on rimfire rifles. So all 22lr/rimfire rifles are legal as long as the detachable magazine doesn't hold more than 17 rounds. Hope this helps. But, as to your question, yes it is perfectly legal in Delaware!!
Yes Andrew, the Citadel TRAKR is as legal to in Delaware as it's State Bird the Blue Hen Chicken. Cheers and stay safe!
Andrew, yes, .the Citadel TRAKR is legal to purchase in DE. The 'assault weapons' ban applies to centerfire rifles only, although magazines larger than seventeen (17) rounds are still excluded, with exception of .22 rimfire tubular feeding devices. Have a great day!
