It also depends on what you ordered. I Know ammo can't be returned and firearms can't be returned once transferred into your name. No gunshop online or in person accepts returns for ammo or firearms, believe they legally aren't allowed to. That's why for firearms I always recommend that people thoroughly inspect it before they do any paperwork at their FFL dealers because if you find any issue you can have the FFL ship it back to buds for a refund or exchange. Once you transfer it into your name it's legally yours and can't be returned, so any issues would have to go through the manufacturer. If it's just accessories buds shouldn't have any issue returning it and id recommend contacting them. Again hope this helps

And if this was a firearm then once it is transferred to you, they also will not return it. Now, If there is a malfunction/damage from factory then you'd need to contact the manufacturer of said firearm. Good Luck!!
