As long as this rifle is compliant According to your states firearm regulations, Bud's will ship it to your FFL minus the mags over 10 rounds. My shop just had a brand new Colt AR sold back to them yesterday along with a Century Arms AK. Man I wish I had the money yesterday!!!

Hi John, this is correct. If the magazine capacity is the only State restriction for your State, this is exactly the process. Buds will ship the rifle without the non compliant magazines. John, no rifle showing, if you post again with the model number or upc and what state you live in can let you know if it's legal in your state but yes if the magazine capacity is the only restriction on the rifle buds will remove the magazine but won't replace it. So you would have to purchase state compliant magazines separately. During checkout there will be an option to remove the magazine. Hope this helps.
