Hi Matthew, it is not there for me either. Buds did do some pricing updates this weekend on the website so it will likely be tomorrow for the Chat option to come back.

Matthew, if the blue chat button is not there, it means no one is available for chat. Being a Sunday, they may not have anyone available at this time. You should see it again tomorrow (Monday).
