I lost my home in last weeks tornadoe so I'm out alot. Have to return two firearms I never got to even see plus sell what was salvageable from my trailer. Payed with debit card.

John, sorry to hear of your devastation. If your firearms are still at the FFL, call Bud's and they will arrange to have the firearms returned and a refund will be issued. Be sure to explain the situation and ask to have any restocking fees waived. You can call Bud's during business hours at 859-368-0371, or use the blue chat now icon on the right hand side of the screen during those same hours 9am-9pm eastern Mon-Sat and 11-7 Sunday.

John, sorry to hear that happened. We're just customers as yourself not buds employees. So you will have to contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 8pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to assist you with returning the firearms. Sorry but hope this helps.
