Guessing you're talking about the armalaser TR30 that's specifically designed for the keltec pmr30. If so yes you will have no problem seeing the laser at 7 yards in daylight. They make one with a red or green laser. The green one is little pricier, about $50 more but for daytime use I'd definitely recommend the green one. It will allow you to see the laser much better/further in daylight. Here's a link to the green version if interested. Red will show up in bright daylight at 7 yards. Green is far superior in bright daylight but more expensive. Dusk or night is no issue for either. That said, all my lasers are Green for my aging eyes. Cheers and stay safe!

7 yards should pose no issues with sighting that laser down range.
