Looking at buying the Tokarev TBP 12M 12Gauge and it appears that I can through Buds but I am getting mixed answers from my FFL dealers saying it is part of the gun ban here that just passed in WA state. Any help??

Looking at buying the Tokarev TBP 12M 12Gauge and it appears that I can through Buds but I am getting mixed answers from my FFL dealers saying it is part of the gun ban here that just passed in WA state.  Any help??

Hi Jon, unfortunately it is now part of the gun ban that has just passed. They are really doing a number on Semi-Auto anything now-a-days. You may have to consider a Pump Action 12ga Bullpup  :  https://blackacestactical.com/product/pro-bullpup-pump/    ----  Cheers and stay safe!

Jon, unfortunately your FFL dealers correct. Due to Washington's new ban the Tokarev TBP is restricted. Appears buds hasn't updated their website to show this so it's acting as if it's legal in Washington. Your best option for a tactical shotgun would be a pump action. Sorry but hope this helps.
