Donald, the two are exactly the same, they have the same UPC numbers. It is a duplicate listing by Bud's, so buy the least expensive one. Have a great day!

Donald, both are the exact same item. Buds just listed the item twice likely due to having them at separate Warehouses. As for price difference one warehouse likely has more in stock Wich decreases the price and Vice versa. For item 70763 not sure what 2 hole metal means, buds is the only website that uses that description. Guessing a description error. If you Google the upc number ( 734307901806) you can find more information. Hope this helps.
