Michael, the one time I ordered a 'delayed' item it was shipped within 2 weeks. This usually means it is not in stock at Bud's, but will ship from one of Bud's affiliates. Have a great day!

As mentioned below, an item delayed shouldn't take more than 2ish Weeks. Take care and enjoy the Howa 1500 if you decide to place an order.

Michael, guessing you're referring to a special order item, if so usually not long. Just means it doesn't ship from buds but a third-party. So you order the item then buds let's the dealer know what you ordered and they ship it. My last special order firearm was shipped within 5 days but could take up to roughly 2 weeks. The howan 1500 is a great rifle and the manufacturer offers a sub moa accuracy guarantee. Hope this helps.
