Hi Charles, really the only thing you can do is open a complaint with the BBB and let it get to Buds higher ups for a response. Sorry you are having this issue but it may be your only recourse. Cheers and stay safe!
Sorry to hear this but I have a question or two. What was the purchase? Some items, like Ammunition, are not returnable. Also, are you referring to a Firearm you took possession of from an FFL from bud's? If so, once the transfer to you is done, again, No Returns. If there's a issue with the firearm you'll need to contact the manufacturer. I hope whatever the issue is you get it worked out. Nothing like feeling as if a company doesn't care about you after the purchase..
Charles, if you didn't transfer the firearm into your name buds shouldn't have any problem returning it. If you picked it up from the FFL dealer and did the background check/transfer don't believe buds can return it legally. Atleast no dealer online or in person I've ever dealt with have ever excepted returns on firearms once transferred into your name. That's why I always recommend that people thoroughly inspect the firearm before doing any paperwork because once it's transferred it's officially yours and any issues would have to go through the manufacturer. You can try contacting buds at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 8pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen if you haven't already but if it's been transferred unfortunately doubt they'll be much help. Your best option is to contact the manufacturer if it's a warranty issue. If you just don't like/want it unfortunately best option is to sell it privately and hopefully recoup most of your
