Simon, I personally have not but buds customer service would be your best option. You can call them at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 8pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen Wich is probably the best option since it's a live chat. Buds email can be hit or miss depending how busy they are. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps some.
