As a Fellow NY'r (Non-NYC) resident, I can tell you, 100%, absolutely you can purchase and own the Mossberg Scorpion!! My shop has gotten them in over the past few months but they go Fast!!! There was a grey colored version there I loved the look of!!

Jim, you accidentally posted twice or buds website duplicated your question but yes sir, perfectly legal in New York.
