Hi Chad, first thing is take some good detailed pictures of the barrel and choke threading if you still have the choke. Then contact Rossi customer service at 1-229-210-2727 or 1-800-948-8029 Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm to arrange a RMA for Service. Cheers and stay safe!

Yeah, the only thing to do here, as mentioned, is to call Rossi/Braztech customer service at (800) 948-8029. From there, you can explain the issue and I'm sure they'll walk you through their warranty process. Good luck moving forward!!!

Chad, you would need to contact Rossi/Braztech for warranty service. How do you obtain warranty service? You must contact Braztech to receive warranty service. You may contact Braztech by calling (800) 948-8029, or in writing: c/o Consumer Affairs Department, 100 Taurus Way, Bainbridge, Ga 39817. Please include a description of the claimed issue, along with your name, address, telephone number, model, serial number, proof of purchase, and date of purchase. You don't say what rounds you were shooting, but the Tuffy Turkey comes with an extra full choke and you cannot shoot slugs through that choke tube. If that was the case, you may have voided your warranty.
