I live in Delaware and am looking to purchase a firearm that comes with (1) 17 round magazine and (2) 23 round magazines. It is illegal to purchase this in Delaware unless you have a DE concealed carry permit. Will Bud's Gun Shop allow the sale with a copy of my valid CCW permit?

Hi Steven, Buds will remove the (2) 23rd Magazines and you will need to acquire spare 17rd magazines yourself. Cheers and stay safe!

Steven, I'd recommend contacting buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to give a definite answer because I do see people who have a ccw permit are exempt from the 17 round magazine capacity restriction. We're just customers as yourself though not buds employees, so not sure if they'd be willing to ship the two 23rd magazines or not. Sorry can't give a more definite answer but hope this helps some.
