Hi Charles and welcome. All firearms ship free. Only certain ammunition is available for free shipping, and then you must spend $199. If it does not say 'Free Shipping Option' on the description page, (It would be under the Add To Cart button), the item is not available for free shipping. Insurance is optional, but recommended. Also be aware, all of the items in your cart must have the 'free shipping' option, or those other items will be charged for shipping. Stay safe & have a great day!

Charles, yes, all firearms ship free. There is an option at checkout for insurance Wich is $1 per every $100. So if your orders $200 it would be $2, $300 would be $3 and so on but again is optional. I always choose to get insurance because I've had ups/fedex lose my package too many times and if they do buds will cover it. For ammo certain ammos available for free shipping but in order to receive free shipping your order has to total $199 and all items in your cart must qualify for free shipping. So if you add $200 worth of ammo and it all qualifies but then add in a item that doesn't qualify you would have to pay shipping for that item. Hope this helps and hopefully explained it well

Hi Charles, Firearms all ship free. Buds only offers free shipping on other so marked items and only if the item/items total $199 minimum. In any category just click the "Free Shipp" option in the lower left and it will show those items. Cheers and stay safe!
