Hi Larry and welcome. Both seem to have the same specifications although some websites have the 2201-20 as having 29 inch barrels instead of the 2303-20's 28 inch barrels. Larry, only difference is model 2303-20 has 28 inch barrels and 2201-20 has 29 inch barrels. Buds doesn't have the correct barrel length listed in the description. Other than that they're identical. Hope this helps.
