What is the difference between 1301 Tactical models J131TT18NLE and J131TT18C? I can see that J131TT18NLE seems to be only available for qualified professionals, but I do not see a difference in the models.

Christopher, J131TT18NLE being for law enforcement is the only difference. They both are identical. They both have a 18.5 inch barrel, 3 inch chamber, ghost ring rear sight and interchangeable front sight,  both have same stock/forend, and both have a Interchangeable OptimaBore HP Improved Cylinder. So they're the exact same. Hope this helps.
