James, the first link, model 10213, is the MOE version (Magpul Original Equipment). It includes magpul MOE Slim Line pistol grip, Magpul® MOE SL Stock (MOE Slim Line), Magpul M-LOK Type 2 Rail Covers (includes 6 panels, each covering one M-LOK® Slot). The 2nd link, model 10208, has the standard S&W pistol grip, 6-Position CAR Stock, and no rail covers. Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi James and welcome. The only difference are the Stock, Pistol Grip (Magpul MOE SL) and edition of rail covers on model 10213. Model 10208 has no M-LOK rail covers and a Standard CAR Mil-Spec Stock and M2 Pistol Grip. Cheers and stay safe!
