Hi Kendale, unfortunately the DP-12 is no longer Ill compliant due to the new gun restriction put in place. Any shotgun with a fixed magazine capacity in excess of five rounds is prohibited. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/illinois_restrictions.pdf

Kendale, due to the 14+2 round magazine capacity it's not legal in Illinois. Shotguns with a magazine capacity over 5 rounds are prohibited. Sorry but hope this helps. Yeah, with Illinois's new gun legislation it made this DP-12 model a no-no for your state, sorry!!!
