Hi Lisa and welcome to Bud's. Yes, your firearm is being delivered to your FFL, but a signature is still required at the FFL dealer. All firearms are shipped UPS, if you ordered accessories along with the firearm, they will be sent to your house and will ship via FedEx. Have a great day!
Lisa, yes your firearm will be shipped to the FFL dealer you selected. Legally anytime you buy a firearm from a licensed dealer it must be shipped to a FFL dealer to perform the background check/transfer. If a signature is required the FFL dealer will sign for it. If you purchased ammo/accessories with the firearm that will be shipped to your house. Personally I've never had to sign even if it says it's required. I've never had UPS or FedEx ask for a signature, they normally just drop it by my door. Hope this helps.
Hi Lisa, it is going to your selected FFL Dealer and they also will need to sign for your firearm at delivery to them. They will contact you afterwards to come in and complete your paperwork and then you take your new firearm home. Cheers and stay safe!
You assumed correctly, your new firearm Will go to the FFL you picked. They will sign for it. Then they will alert you to its arrival so you can come in to complete your background check and transfer. Please remember to inspect your firearm first before completing the transfer as once you take possession, any potential issues will have to be sorted out through the manufacturer & not Bud's. But, any visible damage/malfunctions before transfer and you can arrange to have it sent back to Bud's. Good luck and enjoy your new firearm!!
