Donald, this has a 3 inch chamber so it'll safely fire both 2-3/4 inch and 3 inch shells. Hope this helps

Hi Donald & welcome to Bud's. The Citadel Coach Soide by Side has a 3" chamber, so it will safely & reliably shoot both 3" and 2 3/4" shells. You can even fire 1 3/4" mini shells if you choose. Stay safe & have a great day!
