Issac, as others have mentioned I don't see why buds wouldn't be able to but we're just customers as yourself not buds employees. Since the website isn't allowing you to order it only option would be to contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They should be able to assist you in completing the order over the phone. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps some.
