Michael, no I definitely wouldn't use it as a hand grip. First after several rounds it'll get very hot like a barrel. Second the vibration from firing the round would likely hurt a little to hold onto. Not to mention wouldn't want to put my hand on it and accidentally put a finger too far forward. Sorry but hope this helps.

Do not use the suppressor for a hand grip,you'll probably get burned.
