Hi Joseph and welcome. (Yes as long as the ATF stay stays in effect in the 5th Circuit Court). Means National Firearms Act = (NFA) is not required. NFA details here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/nfaguidelines.pdf ------ Cheers and stay safe!
Joseph, this no longer comes with the brace since the ATF pistol brace ruling. If it came with the brace, it would now be considered a SBR. As for the Non NFA, this is considered an "other" firearm, not a rifle, not a pistol, not a AOW, so it is legal in states like NJ. See it here >>> https://www.dark-storm.com/dsi/ds-15/ds-15-typhoon-rifles/dark-storm-ds-15-non-nfa-firearm-typhoon-5.56-fde/ Stay safe & have a great day!
Joseph, this does not include the pistol brace. Due to Bidens atf ruling adding a pistol brace to a pistol makes it a short barreled rifle and requires it to be registered with the ATF and pay $200 for a tax stamp. As for non-nfa, the nfa was made in 1934 and regulates firearms and accessories like suppressors, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns and machine guns. In order to posses these items you have to register them with the ATF and pay a $200 tax stamp. There's also alot of paperwork and 6 month to a year waiting period for them to process it before you can actually take the firearm/accessory home with you. Non nfa means it doesn't have to be registered and no stamp required. It can be shipped to a FFL dealer and picked up like any other firearm. Hope this helps.
