Daniel, yes this will fit both the cm9 and pm9 but will stick out past the grip and according to reviews may not hold the slide back on the last round. Pachmayr does make a mag sleeve to fill in the gap between the grip and base of the magazine. If interested just Google (cm9 mag sleeve) to find one.
