That would be 25 shells per box and 10 boxes per case for a total of 250, however this is just a single box of 25.
Larry, this is for a 25 round box. The 10cs means there's 10 boxes of 25 shells in a case for a total of 250 rounds. Some people like to buy an entire case so buds adds how many you have to purchase for the entire case in the description. Hope this helps.
