Charles, unfortunately this is not legal in California. Any semi automatic with a detachable magazine is restricted. If you want a tactical style shotgun I'd recommend a pump action since they don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics. Sorry but hope this helps. Hi Charles, no sir, this is not CA compliant. A semi-auto shotgun that can accept a detachable magazine is not allowed in Commiefornia.
