You could purchase this one and have buds remove the 17 round magazine. I'd recommend contacting buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. There is an option to remove the magazines during checkout but I'd call them to be sure they don't remove both magazines. We're just customers as yourself not buds employees so we can only point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.

Hi Danny and welcome to the Buds Community. Yes, Buds will give the option to remove non compliant magazines if capacity is the only State restriction.
