Hi Alexander and welcome to the Buds Community. Only a Brace like the KAK that uses a Set Screw to attach. Most other Braces will need a Tube with dimples to properly attach. You can but you won't have the quick 6 position adjust option as with a non smooth buffer tube set up. Once you lock the set screw in place that's it unless you want to keep fidgeting with it to get that perfect length.
