Jason, this is a big online debate Wich ones better. Does seem from people who have owned both tend to say the cimarron has better fit and finish and slightly better trigger. They're both made by uberti like you said so I can't see there being much of a difference if any. Either way both are fine revolvers. Hope this helps some and good luck with your choice.
